Everyone who worked there were very welcoming and not pushy to buy the car. The car was in immaculate condition so I put a deposit down and collected it the Monday after. When I collected the vehicle everything was ready for me when I got there. Since buying the car I’ve had no issues and also had a text to ensure I was happy with the car. The whole team at Nice Spec were brilliant. No pressure at all and gave me a full thorough look at the car. You could see the pride everyone there takes in their cars. (was polishing as we turned up!) the car was absolutely spotless and couldn’t find any issues. We had to do a long drive straight after seeing the car and left saying we would think about it. Usually there would be a big push to get a sale. There was no pressure. We called the following day and put a deposit down. Best car I’d seen at the best price and the best service. Everything else we went to see either the cars were dirty, or over priced or the salesmen were pushy. Not here. Even when I’d sent the full balance over. I turned up to have a final check and they had put two new tyres on! Super from day one!! Recommend to anyone!

I went to this dealership and from start to finish I couldn’t of asked for more. They guided me step by step through the process. When I went to collect my car they were fantastic, I got there a bit early than planned and they were accommodating and showed me the vehicle and gave me a quick summary of the specification. Highly recommended garage, with old school customer service. The car I purchased was presented perfectly for handover, was immaculate inside and out and all the other cars on the forecourt looked equally as good. I travelled 3hrs to get there and would happily make the trip again. Clearly take a pride in the vehicles that they source and sell.

Vauxhall Insignia Tourer

Bought a Vauxhall Insignia from this dealer a few weeks ago, I spotted the car on autotrader then researched the company, no bad reviews so got in touch as photos were excellent. They did a walk round the car whilst I was on the phone detailing any blemishes on the car, which was minimal. I paid a deposit which was refundable if I didn’t want it when I saw it in the flesh. As there’s no test drives at the moment, they gave me 20 miles to which I could change my mind and be refunded. Rob was a great bloke to deal with, and I’m more than happy with the car.

What a wonderful family company

Nice spec car shop were extremely helpful and kind from the very first phone call to picking up the car. I had received some really poor customer service from other car salesmen, so was really apprehensive about handing over more deposit money to view a car, but they were so reassuring and helpful that I was so confident in the car I was buying. When I arrived to pick it up, they had it all ready and under a gazebo for me to look over and make sure I was happy. Once I confirmed I was we went into their lovely office and went through all the paper work. Everyone was extremely considerate of covid regulations and it didn't feel risky at all. I am so pleased I found these guys to buy my car from, I will absolutely use again next time I need a need car, and would wholly recommend to everyone.

Due to the restrictions it was all a little different but this made it no less easy to buy a car with Rob. Their website is excellent to get an idea of the high quality cars that they sell and this gave me the confidence to put a deposit down over the phone, travel up on the train and walk away with our chosen car within 3 days of finding it. I just want to say how simple and reassuring our experience of buying a new vehicle during lockdown actually was. This was because of the staff at Nice Spec Car Shop and their ability to ensure we had all the information we needed. They only sell quality vehicles and at every stage provided the best levels of service, from enquiry, through to collection. We were able to make a decision remotely, and then upon collection we were able to get a good look over the vehicle, but it was exactly as we had already seen in the supplied advertisements and detailed videos. Collection of the vehicle was all carried out safely, following Government guidelines. We are very happy with our new vehicle and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality vehicles and excellent service (with no pushy salespeople).

Purchased my mini cooper in January 2020, I was a little bit reluctant due to not being able to view the vehicle prior to purchase. However there was no need for anxiety the car was truly amazing and better than I expected. Can honestly recommend this company

Highly recommend this company. I was a little cautious as with covid lockdown in place it meant viewing cars was not possible. However the staff were really helpful over the phone with answering all my questions and provided an great service throughout. The car was in excellent condition and it drives very well. Came with a decent 12 month warranty too!

Having had 2 bad experiences whilst looking for a car for my partner we dropped onto Nice Spec Car Shop. What caught my eye was their comment that all cars are valeted by themselves. When we arrived Rob had put the car under a rain covered area so we could still have a good look round. As stated on their website the vehicle was immaculate. We took it for a test drive and agreed to buy the car. We’ve had the car about 3 weeks now and couldn’t be happier. We would recommend a trip to see Rob if you are looking for a vehicle. We were obviously slightly concerned about transferring money before we saw the car. We need not have worried as even better than we could have hoped for. Excellent condition, immaculately cleaned and fantastic price (normally I’d try to haggle but didn’t bother as it was such a great price). Rob met us at the tent where it was parked as it is only “Click and Collect” currently due to lockdown. He was fantastic and spent a good deal of time sorting paperwork and explaining how certain things worked on the car and with regard to the returns policy, if unhappy with the car, and the full 12 month warranty to be used Nationwide. Genuine family run business selling quality cars

We found Nice Spec cars via Autotrader when looking for a VW Polo. They only sell decent quality cars with genuine history and at a fair price too but you need to move quickly as they're sold fast!. We bought a 2016 Polo Match at the weekend and its a fab little car. Felt very well looked after by the family that own and run the business, great communication and customer service and importantly no hard sell tactics.. Would highly recommend .

They were very flexible and for once it was "customer first" which is very different from many of the large garages around. No hard selling or pushy salesmen. Just honest and friendly. I hope that I don't need to go back because of issues with the car, but if I do I truly believe that they would look after and sort the issue without fobbing us off

Best experience I can remember when buying a car. After looking at cars in lots of larger sellers, main dealers etc., where service seemed to be an inconvenience, the service I got from Rob and Mark was second to none.
